Education
Dr Ankur completed his MBBS from Jawaharlal Nehru medical college, AMU. He then pursued 3 years general surgical training from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. After serving as a senior resident in many reputed Delhi hospitals, Dr Ankur passed MCh in Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgery from the most reputed medical institute of country, AIIMS.

Dr Ankur Agrawal has worked as Consultant Cardiac surgeon, Max Superspeciality Hospital (Saket), Yashoda hospital (Ghaziabad) and is currently associated with Metro heart institute (Noida).

Having done more than 200 cradiovascular surgeries, Dr Ankur not only specializes in Adult cardiac surgery (bypass and valvular surgeries), but also paediatric cardiac surgery. His domain extends to doing thoracic and vascular procedures as well, including laser surgery for varicose veins.
Dr Agrawal also specializes in microscopic surgery and embolization procedures for varicocele, a very common cause of male infertility.
